Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is calculated as 11 times the monthly rate—you get the equivalent of one month free. You're billed the full annual amount upfront.
What is the difference between ACH and credit card payments?
ACH (bank transfer) payments incur no additional fees. Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) incur a 3% processing fee added to your total.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. All new accounts start with a free trial period. No credit card is required to begin your trial.
What happens if I exceed my proposal limit?
You'll be notified before reaching your limit and can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We will not automatically charge for overages without your consent.
Does Enterprise pricing include custom contracts?
